JOB OVERVIEW

Assist the Key Client Accounts Director with their responsibilities in relation to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ accommodation programme. The successful candidate will coordinate with hotels, clients, internal stakeholders and event organizers to ensure smooth and efficient accommodation arrangements, delivering a high-quality experience for all event participants.
This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional accommodation experiences for global sports events and other projects, contributing to the success of the event and the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.

SKILLS

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

  • 2 – 3 years of administrative / clerical experience.
  • Organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Client Management: Interact with clients on behalf of the FIFA26 Accommodation Bureau, including sending rates, booking confirmation forms, invoice management, and organizing meetings when needed with the various properties contracted within New York and New Jersey. Follow up correspondence with the clients and implementation of action points.
Hotel/ Property Sourcing & Contracting: Manage data entry and archiving of research, maintenance of Contractor and Supplier archives. Maintain the content of company sales tools to ensure the description of accommodation facilities, ratings, et al are accurate. Ensure terms for cancellations, extensions and modifications to contracts are correctly reflected within the inventory management system to accommodate unforeseen event changes.
Administrative Support: Assist the Key Client Accounts Director – USA with any administrative tasks that are required in relation to the project, including data entry, follow-up with internal and external stakeholders, organizing client meetings, being on-site (when needed) during site inspections.
