Key Account Coordinator II plays a strategic role in managing complex accounts and cross-functional initiatives across warehousing and logistics operations.  This role involves driving operational efficiency, supporting strategic rollouts, and improving customer satisfaction by coordinating between departments and providing advanced account oversight.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •    Serves as a primary point of contact for key accounts, overseeing coordination, planning, and project execution.  •    Manage complex program rollouts related to freight, warehousing, special projects and supply chain operations. •    Coordinate internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment with client expectations and timelines. •    Analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership and clients.  •    Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and strategic updates. •    Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues proactively. •    Contribute to process improvement efforts in collaboration with Business Excellence. •    Monitors budgets and assist with cost control for assigned programs and client initiatives. •    Serves as a mentor and subject matter expert for Key Account Coordinator I, providing training, guidance and support as needed. •    Assist the Senior Key Account Manager with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.  Required Qualifications: •    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred. •    3+ years of progressive experience in account management, project coordination, or logistics/supply chain operations. •    A combination of education and equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. •    Proven track record managing complex programs, cross-functional projects, or key accounts.  •    Proficient in CRM and project management platforms. •    Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills. •    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results driven environment. Physical Demands: •    Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.  •    Regular use of computer, phone, and office equipment. •    Occasionally lift and move up to 15 lbs. Work Environment: •    This job operates in an office environment with occasional visits to warehouse environments where the employee could be exposed to varying temperatures and a higher level of noise. •    Requires the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with shifting priorities. Travel Requirements: •    Regular travel will be required for project oversight, meetings, and site visits (up to 10% of the time). Equipment Used: •    Standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and scanners. •    Proficiency with business software including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management tools is essential. Supervisory Responsibilities: •    This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
