JOB SUMMARY

One Call Consultants are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Coordinator to join our team.
This role will be focused solely on supporting …….. and handling their out of the ordinary units. Working with one of our Key Account Managers to support with rate and quote managements, handling customer queries, researching shipping lines to see who can support with the large cargo and locations that can handle the offload of large/heavy cargo
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, Strong communicator, Organised, Strong problem solver. Has experience in ops or pricing and looking for their next challenge.
Candidates must have ocean freight experience and can demonstrate an understanding of LCL, FCL, RORO, an understanding of load planning.
As they will supporting our largest customer, we’d like candidates who have a bit about them and are happy to pick up the phone.
Its an interesting role that will be great for someone who is looking for their next challenge and to use their knowledge for the more complicated side of freight
