We are seeking a skilled and proactive Key Account Coordinator to manage relationships with our healthcare provider partners, including clinics and hospitals. This role is pivotal in ensuring long-term growth, optimizing patient inquiries, and helping our partners expand their business through strategic collaboration and customer referrals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or customer relations management in an online marketplace environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare providers.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and drive business decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Spanish is required for Americas.
  • Proven experience in sales management within SaaS, BPO, virtual environments, or the IT industry.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Coordinate and manage patient inquiries, working with clinics and hospital’s coordinators to ensure timely responses and smooth processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize account growth and ensure providers are receiving the best possible service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow revenue from customer referrals and other business avenues.
  • Develop tailored business solutions to help healthcare providers improve their presence, increase patient leads, and grow their revenue.
  • Provide strategic guidance to healthcare providers on how to optimize their presence on the platform and market their services effectively.
  • Manage the account pipeline, ensuring all interactions and follow-ups are tracked in the CRM system.
  • Monitor provider performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to both the company and our clients.
  • Drive account growth by identifying key areas for development and providing customized solutions to partners.
