Merchology seeks a Key Account Coordinator - Production to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Workflow Supervisor, the Key Account Coordinator - Production serves as the liaison between Merchology's Sales and Operations teams, and manages the timetable and flow for orders from assigned key accounts. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting production approvals, shipping questions and issues, and supporting the firm order process. Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm A successful Key Account Coordinator - Production will: Own and understand the structure and status of Customers’ SLA’s for all MerchSolutions orders. Meet SLA's through strong communication of order status with Customer Success, Sales, and Production teams. Create tickets and update the Sales Team on exception orders and damages caused during production. Conduct quality checks throughout the MerchSolutions process to ensure customer expectations are met. Locate and track Client’s orders throughout the production and kitting process to ensure OTD. Support shipping and Fulfillment to a high level to include international shipments, allocation issues, communication with Customer Success Team, and returns. Identify problems, develop solutions, and implement change as necessary. Create, update, and share information related to customer-specific dashboards. Set and attend update meetings with CSS, Sales, Production, and Senior Leadership Teams. Monitor contract customer inventory through all stages of the process - receiving, storing, and picking. Provide hands-on support to SLA’s as needed through picking, kitting, shipping, etc. Assist with other tasks as needed. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in post, kitting, and shipping operations Analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions Ability to communicate effectively in English with co-workers, management, and external contacts Computer Skills: NetSuite, HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word) proficiency Strong Excel ability Ability to follow processes with written procedures Excellent employee relations skills to lead in a team setting Positive employee relations with all other staff Excellent ability to make decisions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bilingual English/Spanish Experience working in a warehouse setting WHAT WE OFFER In addition to an outstanding creative culture, authentically nice people, and interesting work, we have: Competitive compensation: the pay range for this role is $23.00 to $26.00 per hour.
