With warehouse facilities in several states and service reps covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service. Duties/Responsibilities: Assist and support account managers with projects and various account issues. Coordinate and manage the internal workflow of sales activity generated by sales team. Submit orders and provide follow-up. Act as a customer service contact to research and resolve issues. Create various Excel reports. Regularly interact with the National & Key Account Management, Field Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Project, and Finance teams to ensure all aspects of the client experience are fulfilled in a timely and accurate fashion. The annual gross hourly range is $18.75 - $21.63. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or customer service roles. Intermediate Excel skills, preferred. A self-starter, comfortable working in a fast moving start-up type of environment, managing a high volume of activity, multiple tasks and projects in a time-sensitive environment. Ability to work without direct supervision. Dedicated, trustworthy, and dependable team member with a positive, “can do” attitude. Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Must possess a natural curiosity to learn new things and be adaptable to an evolving environment. Knowledge of Sales Force is a plus.
