The Key Account Executive is responsible to develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key retail and wholesale partners, drive sales growth, and ensure successful product placements of the assigned portfolio, ultimately contributing to the company’s success in the consumer healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts (retailers, wholesalers, and online platforms including Official Stores ) to maximize product placement and sales.
b) Support the development and implementation of account-specific business plans and strategies to drive revenue and market share growth for consumer healthcare products.
c) Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to tailor offerings and promotional activities that meet the needs of key accounts and customers.
d) Contribute to negotiations related to trading terms, pricing, and promotional agreements with key accounts to secure advantageous conditions and ensure alignment with company objectives.
e) Monitor sales performance and track key account activities to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
f) Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and drive product innovation.
g) Support and drive regular business reviews with key accounts, ensuring alignment on goals, sales targets, and marketing strategies.
h) Provide training and support to key accounts and their sales teams, ensuring they are well-versed in product features, benefits, and key differentiators.
i) Resolve any issues or conflicts with key accounts in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
j) Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, on-time deliveries, and efficient inventory management.
k) Prepare and deliver regular reports on key account performance, sales trends, and market opportunities to senior management.
