Description

Looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive who will be responsible for planning and leading the business by maintaining long-lasting relationship with strategically important customers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Sales background essential
  • Proficient in the English language both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have UAE driving license
  • Product Knowledge of retail market
  • Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Computer literate with good analytical skills
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and product knowledge to merchandisers regarding visibility and new product lines.
  • Offer promotions and deals to retail customers.
  • Review daily sales reports to monitor performance and understand business trends.
  • Arrange quarterly business reviews with customers.
  • Manage assigned customers/accounts within their designated territory.
  • Ensure the company’s products and services are available to customers, maximizing profitability.
  • Prepare annual contracts in collaboration with customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with all internal departments to ensure the best service is delivered to customers.
  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Plan and organize a daily work schedule to regularly visit existing clients.
  • Handle day-to-day customer queries, complaints, requests for quotations (RFQs), and order follow-ups.
  • Send weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain regular communication with manufacturers/vendors regarding new products, pricing, and discontinued items, and inform key account managers accordingly.
  • Upsell the company’s branded products to both new and existing customers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report findings to the Sales Manager.
  • Check delivery schedules, out-of-stock items, and service levels consistently.
  • Maintain records of all correspondence and quotations for customers.
  • Manage credit control for all accounts.
  • Attend company sales meetings.
