Description

Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring that their IT needs are met by delivering tailored solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams to provide exceptional service, drive customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth in the IT sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop strategic account plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Other Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the Dubai and UAE business environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts in the IT services sector.
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to deliver customized IT solutions.
  • Regularly meet with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Account Strategy & Growth:
  • Develop and implement account plans that align with client goals and the company’s objectives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for IT solutions and services.
  • Monitor account performance and make adjustments to strategies to ensure business growth.
  • Project Management:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service delivery, etc.) to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services.
  • Oversee the execution of client projects and ensure that services are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Drive sales within key accounts, presenting IT services and solutions that enhance clients’ business operations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes for clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs for key accounts.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to help refine service offerings.
  • Prepare reports on account performance and sales activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Customer Support & Retention:
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure a seamless post-sales experience for clients.
  • Implement strategies to maintain long-term relationships and improve customer retention.
