YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Join CSL Behring’s Commercial Operations team as a Key Account Executive – Ig, NSW, reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a defined territory to drive revenue and profit growth for CSL Behring’s promoted therapies. You’ll work closely with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders to build strong relationships and deliver strategic account outcomes.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales as a primary care representative and 2 years as a specialist representative preferably in Neurology.
  • Tertiary qualification in health, science, or pharmacy.
  • Strong understanding of Australia’s healthcare system.
  • Extensive clinical/medical experience in relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data.
  • Proficiency in strategic account management and territory planning tools.
Responsibilities
  • Implement the Key Account Executive Action Plan to achieve revenue and profit targets for promoted therapies.
  • Build and maintain loyalty among key customers through face-to-face and virtual interactions.
  • Navigate the rare diseases landscape and understand funding models that impact product use.
  • Achieve hospital formulary listings and protocol changes within target hospitals.
  • Utilize the C360 territory management system to plan and execute efficient territory strategies.
  • Provide monthly reports on sales activities, market environment, and competitor intelligence.
