Description
  • Have some form of understanding for specifying building materials or related products to architects, designers or consultants.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Make cold calls to prospective clients and making appointments.
  • Create compelling sales pitches.
  • Perform research on competition’s services.
  • Reach out to potential clients on a cyclical basis to inform them about our latest products and services.
  • Participate in Exhibitions and assisting in getting architecture professionals to join in.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to gauge client’s needs.
  • Charismatic personality and also able to work in a team.
  • Ability to demonstrate pro-active approach in taking initiatives and thinking out-of-the-box.
  • Ability to work on Sketchup, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign is a bonus .
  • Candidates with their own transport is preferred .
