Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team!
This is an exciting new position designed to support our growing portfolio of key accounts (Pharmacy). You will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping to drive sustainable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with core retail pharmacies and banner groups, e.g. (Blooms, Pharmacy 4 Less, Amcal, Chempro and more)
  • Assist in developing and executing account management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the category review process and promotional programmes.
  • Identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and product launches within assigned accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
