Feeds customer needs and strategy into the ICP process to influence the Nestlé category plans to meet the needs of the customer. Build the numerical bottom up plan using base/promotions/NPD/ category trends Integrate new store openings in order to achieve target for the year. Anticipate opportunities for the category and customer or issues that may arise, and take appropriate proactive steps. Set sales target for sales team by regions (LTP Sales Reps, PPM KASRs). Responsible for PTE budget, aligned to BU direction defined by category/channel/customer. Drive business relationship with account, understand the customers’ business and ensure customer intimacy, together with NCM team. Ensure On Time In Full Execution of the agreed initiatives.
