Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra, India   Position Title : Key Account Executive   Summary of major duties & key responsibilities:   1.Account Management -- Maintain and nurture good relation with accounts. Flawless execution of any activity, Promo evaluation, building relationship with customer, Regions, stores, efficient control of all the Networks, Planning and negotiating with regional/ store team once a certain activity is Planned. Discussion with accounts or regional team to process feedback , improvement in business, improvement in SOS. Planning for New outlet / accounts. New product introduction tracking 2.Extensive market visit with SO / ISR / Merchandiser to understand and suggest ideas to improve the quality and process of work. Ensuring Availability, Visibility, Planogram Implementation in all store and Process to track and review the same.Execute offers and visibility planned in stores 3.With support of  KAM make a business plan for the year for respective accounts, Make a yearly acitivity calendar with spends plans. Monitor spends as per  BTL budget. Maintaining all Terms of Trade with the accounts. 4.Make alignment with the Hershey commercial team and Accounts’ commercial team to making sure all claims are raised and settled in time. Get reconciliation of accounts on a quarterly basis to ensure smooth business operations. 5.Coordinating with Team on timely submission of all MIS data .Review and feedback on the usage of the same for effective use for business.  6.Ensure stocks in CFA as per forecast or any additional requirement. Monitor stock ageing at CFA and communicate to avoid damages. Handling appointment concerns , SRN to ensure efficient fulfillment.    Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:    Education:    MBA/Graduate from any college/universityExperience:    4-5 years of work experience in Modern trade handling FMCG products. Should have experience of account handling and management. Should be currently managing Dmart. Soft Skills Should have good oral and written communication. Proficiency in spoken &written English is a must.    Efficient in writing mails . Should be comfortable working in XL , Power point, word.    Pleasant personality and willingness to meet people. Should be ready to travel extensively.    Should be collaborative in approach and comfortable working in team.    Should be proactive and persuasive and should have good negotiation skills.
