We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join the team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Great at juggling multiple tasks and can switch gears quickly when priorities change
• You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and enjoy digging into the data to find insights.
• You approach problem solving creatively and are focused on results
• Building relationships comes naturally to you-whether it’s with team members or clients.
• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
• You’re self motivated, curious, and always looking for ways to improve

• Deliver exceptional customer service: managing customer queries by phone, email and/or in person in a time efficient and accurate manner
• Work collaboratively: provide administrative support to Key Account Managers and collaborate with Operations, Quality and Finance departments
• Be analytical: manage databases for client contracts and support analysis of sales data
• Build Relationships: take full ownership and management of a number of principal accounts
• Ensure reporting accuracy: prepare data driven reports for clients
