Help clients optimize the usage of Qiscus solutions so that they are able to maximize their ROI Identify new areas where we can better help our clients grow their business using other Qiscus solutions Create proposals and pitch best solution(s) that address(es) clients needs Maintain close relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings. Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs ongoing basis What You Will Bring to the Role Entrepreneurial in mindset and spirit Comfortable in engaging different levels of stakeholders, including C-Levels. Has an outgoing personality with strong presentation and negotiation skills, be it online or offline At least 2 years in Key Account Management role or relevant roles such as Business Development. Experienced in IT System Integrator, Consulting, Principal is a bonus. Experienced in delivering client focused solution based on customer needs Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to the management Ability to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points, and doing so remotely/physically where necessary Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
