ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a spa systems and luxury home fixtures company, that is looking for a new Key Accounts Manager to lead and grow our largest retail and dealer partnerships. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth across key accounts, launching new product programs, improving operational performance, and managing cross-functional relationships with buyers, supply chain, logistics, and internal teams.
We are looking for a results-driven leader with deep big-box retail experience, durable goods expertise, and proven success managing Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, and direct-to-consumer platforms. The right candidate will proactively solve problems, secure new opportunities, and drive profitable growth across all channels.
Please note this job is hybrid in the Miami area and unfortunately does not provide relocation. We cannot consider remote candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth across Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, Wayfair, Menards, Ferguson, Amazon, and D2C platforms.
- Launch new programs like Home Depot’s 4-in-1 SBA, Shower Panel Program, Cold Plunge, and Sauna offers.
- Secure product approvals and category expansion opportunities with Lowe’s, Costco, Menards, Ferguson, and PRO retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot and Lowe’s buyers, dealer partners, and merchant teams.
- Lead dealer promotions and bulk PO programs with partners like Ferguson.
- Oversee CommerceHub order management, EDI transactions, and retailer compliance.
- Partner with warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure accurate order management, on-time shipping, and fill rate success.
- Manage Home Depot’s fill rate, on-time shipping KPIs, and vendor scorecards.
- Oversee content updates, pricing accuracy, and backend cleanups across Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category, and Finance teams to align growth strategies and financial targets.
- Approve and audit purchase orders (POs) and ensure system accuracy across ERP and EDI platforms.
- Lead cross-functional product launches on tight deadlines with full content, pricing, and operational readiness.
- Build and maintain profitability trackers, pricing sheets, and account-level reporting in Excel.
- Provide reporting, KPI dashboards, and sales performance analytics to support leadership decisions.
- Partner with Finance on P&L review, GL allocations, SOP updates, and margin protection strategies.
- Dispute vendor fines and claims to minimize chargebacks and protect company profitability.
- Travel is required for key corporate events, dealer summits, and trade shows.
