As a Key Account Manager within 3t Training Services, you will be responsible for the day-to-day overseeing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Your primary focus will be on effectively managing your client base in your direct control, supporting achievement of the annual sales budget for 3t Training Services as well as delivering strategic initiatives for upsell.
Strategic account management responsibility for some of our mid to large B2B clients in the defined geographical location, understanding client needs, and driving value through our products and services, acting as a champion for 3t and ensuring a “One 3t” philosophy in all engagements with the client.
