Description

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Plan and execute an annual strategic plan for the assigned HMO/LO, developing the value-added offer that allows creating strategic alliances and strengthening relationships with key clients
  • Know the regulatory environment of the Institutional channel, its resolutions, judgments, external notes and everything concerning the scope of the Institutional channel in the subsidized, contributory and special regimes.
  • Build a solid relationship with decision makers of your accounts develop a portfolio of services that generate added value, that offer a competitive advantage and position our products as the first purchase option for these clients.
  • Ensure adequate implementation of sales strategies for the accounts under your responsibility (HMO, Compensation Funds and Special Regimes)
  • Compile information from the national accounts and transform it into reports focused on decision-making.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: 3-5
Other qualifications/certifications: institutional commercial customers / HMO management experience
