Job Description Key Account Manager Leeds- Hybrid Permanent, full-time Competitive salary, Company car or car allowance, Bonus plus benefits You will explore and understand customer’s needs in line with the company’s services offering and to secure contracts for maintenance and projects across High-pressure jetting / CCTV surveys and remedials on drainage infrastructure. Develop existing accounts to recognise the true value and pro-actively generate and identify new business contract and work opportunities (pipeline) from either self-sourced or qualified company leads and from existing portfolio customers and new customers within a geographic region. Develop a demonstrable strategy to win new customers by researching key business sectors, using relevant data, tools and testimonials. Key to success will be to secure new customer business by proactively hunting for new works opportunities as well as focussing on growing and developing existing high growth potential customers. More about the role: To achieve or exceed set revenue, margin and contract win targets and KPIs on a monthly basis. To win work on a weekly basis supported by securing long term repeat work contracts in PPM. (Planned Preventative Maintenance) across multiple sectors. Develop, present and successfully win work across the company’s services to new and existing clients, using relevant, persuasive company sales collateral. Forecast weekly wins and pipeline updates. Plan and implement new business strategy to identify specific customer targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. The post holder must also prepare a projected forecast for their sales activity, both in customer visits made as well as projected revenue. Manage, develop and progress with self-sourced or company generated leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Prepare presentations, proposals and effective sales contracts to be delivered to internal and external parties. (Producing clear SLAs) Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Establish, develop and maintain current client and potential client relationships; ensuring each contact has an appropriate customer contact plan to ensure the right level of contact is maintained to offer optimum service versus customer opportunity. Develop current client relationships by carrying out a full audit / review of the customer’s assets, ensuring that the customer is aware of Jet Aire / Adler & Allan’s full sales and service proposition. Prepare accurate and concise paperwork to activate and maintain contract services. Manage account services through CRM data. Take full ownership for investigating and resolving customer and client concerns and grievances; implement strategy to avoid reoccurrence of such issues in the future and provide solution on an ad-hoc basis. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or market feedback/development gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff Ensure all activity is recorded accurately on CRM. Liaise and support with marketing team to develop sales outreach strategies for key customers or sector industries. Work within the company’s vision and values framework on a daily basis. Qualifications About you: Self-driven ability to succeed Proven ability to sell professionally and influence positive sales and contract wins outcome Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills Knowledge and a good technical appreciation of Environmental Services A technical services offering background in a commercial role Ability to develop and deliver presentations of a high professional standard Ability to create, compose, and edit written sales proposals and materials Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
