Job Description:
A.R.M. Solutions is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, relationship-focused individual to join our Key Account and Client Services team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop creative solutions to our client’s most complex problems. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts, nurturing existing relationships with a focus on expansion opportunities.
Role Overview and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for overseeing, managing and growing 15 – 17 client accounts in coordination with the salesperson and internal support teams. Building close, working relationships with clients is vital to the success of this role as our clients entrust us with their customers and with helping them reach their company’s A/R goals. You must have the ability to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting client and company initiatives. The position is data and information-heavy, filtering through non-relevant information and communicating the essential information in an accessible manner is essential to your success.
· Monitor and manage client profitability
· Manage key client interactions with a focus on expansion opportunities
· Identify and grow revenue opportunities within your portfolio of clients
· Provide proactive and consultative account support with a focus on retention and growth
· Prepare and present sales information and proposals for clients within your portfolio
· Prepare and manage regular business reviews with existing clients within your portfolio
· Provide actionable customer feedback to key stakeholders
· Build working knowledge of competitive space and product positioning
· Accurately report on and log all activities related to position
Requirements:
· Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
· Detail Oriented
· Ability to create and maintain long-term client relationships
· Excellent time management and organization
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce preferred
· Negotiation skills related to contract renewals and cross selling
· Able to analyze large amounts of data and distill it into actionable items
· Ability to work independently as well as with a team
· 3+ years of experience in account management or sales with customers in person, over the phone and by email
