Key Account Manager – Southeast Asia We’re looking for a commercially driven and technically capable Key Account Manager to lead growth across key marine accounts in South and Southeast Asia. This is a high-impact role focused on building strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering integrated technical solutions across our leading brands. What you’ll be doing Own and deliver key account plans to drive revenue, market share, and profitability Build and grow strategic relationships with OEMs and key customers across Asia Identify and develop new business opportunities across marine and mobile segments Partner with regional and global teams (Sales, Connect, Marketing, Operations) to deliver integrated customer solutions Present and position technical solutions in a clear, commercially compelling way Act as a subject matter expert across our product portfolio and emerging technologies Represent Navico Group at customer engagements, industry events, and trade shows What you’ll bring Strong experience in key account management, technical sales, or business development within a B2B or OEM environment Background in marine, mobile, electrical, or related technical industries Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear commercial value Proven success managing multi-stakeholder customer relationships Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving capability Commercial mindset with a focus on growth, margin, and long-term partnerships Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar (or equivalent experience) Ability to travel up to 35% of your time within Asia Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable.
