KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - ASIA

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in the Asia region. This role will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and EPC’s driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our product lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and an understanding of the Electrical and LED lighting market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree ideal but not essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management or sales within the Electrical, Industrial or Lighting sectors.
  • Strong understanding of LED lighting technology and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Must be a team player, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An attractive salary package will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth within assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales Asia and Regional Sales Managers to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale lighting projects for key accounts, ensuring successful delivery from design through to commissioning.
  • Liaise with the Singapore based internal sales and operations team to coordinate efforts and optimize service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the Director of Sales Asia.
  • Travel throughout the Asia region around 20-25%
