We are looking for a Key Account Manager Bakery for our Commercial department in Emmerich, Germany.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement the sales strategy for the Bakery segment with the target to build a sustainable and profitable business;
  • Lead activities to position Frulact as a key supplier within the bakery and ideally Food Service Segment;
  • Build long-term partnerships with future Key-Accounts in the bakery segment. Maintain and develop customer contacts and build a network with decision-makers based on technical expertise and experience;
  • Continuously screen the market for new leads and win them;
  • Be the voice of the segment within the Frulact DACH team and align internal team towards the requirements of the segment;
  • Understand customer requirements to adapt product lines, target current key market segments and future trends;
  • Represent Frulact at exhibitions, congresses and associations;
  • Be aware of market trends and dynamics and derive winning concepts in close cooperation with R&D. Share information with Sales & Marketing area, R&D, Operations and external sources to understand and anticipate those trends and market needs;
  • The position can be based in Germany office (Emmerich) or HO based in the region, with frequent presence in Emmerich and Portugal and requires frequent travel.
