JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Beauty (Retail Channels) to help us expand and strengthen our retail presence in North America. Our products are entering premium retailers, and we need someone who can build and manage relationships with major retail partners, negotiate listings and promotional agreements, and ensure our products are successfully introduced into key channels like Sephora, Ulta, and department stores. This role is critical to establishing our sales network and driving long-term growth in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4 years of channel sales / key account management experience in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry.
• Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with major retailers, department stores, or specialty beauty chains (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, CVS, Walgreens, Neiman Marcus).
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts in North America.
• Experience in negotiating contracts, terms, and promotional agreements with retailers.
• Strong business development skills, able to build channels from 0–1 and secure new retail partners.
• Familiar with sell-in and sell-out models, promotional planning, and retail category management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage C-level and senior buyers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with marketing, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth execution.

  Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
