Key Account Manager We’re looking for an energetic and motivated team player to join our thriving Independent Grocery team! Reporting to our National Business Manager for Metcash, this is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their commercial, sales support, or FMCG career who’s eager to learn and take on new responsibilities. In this role, you’ll support the Metcash buyers across our juice, dips and cheese categories, helping with reporting, analysing sales data, and preparing presentations. If you enjoy working with spreadsheets, love solving problems, and are excited by the chance to learn from an experienced team in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step for you. Responsibilities Drive the achievement of volume and financial growth targets Grow and nurture favourable and effective relationships within Metcash P&L management for the relevant categories Manage promotional programs, slotting and ownership of the promotional tracker Provide accurate and timely input to demand planning/forecasting team About you Proven sales and/or account management experience Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Financial acumen and analytical ability Excellent negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
