To strengthen our sales efforts across Europe, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Tasks Drive direct sales of IRUBIS' solutions to large biopharma and biotech companies across Europe Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the biopharmaceutical industry Understand customer needs and provide expert consultation on MIR spectroscopy applications in bioprocess monitoring Lead product demonstrations, customer trials, and support the implementation process Collaborate closely with the marketing, application, and product teams to align on customer feedback and market trends Represent IRUBIS at international trade fairs, industry events, and conferences Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy in the European market Supporting our research and development team in optimizing the design and functions of our Monipa analyzer Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally selling to large biopharma or biotech companies Strong scientific background (e.g., degree in biotechnology, chemistry, life sciences, or a related field) Practical experience with optical spectroscopy is highly desirable Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written) Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, dynamic environments is a plus Self-driven and structured working style with a strong ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset High willingness to travel internationally within Europe (up to 70%) Benefits Modern office space: centrally located in Munich Flexible working hours, a great team and flat hierarchies Exciting personal development opportunities Stay fit and energized with EGYM Wellpass access, fruit basket and refreshing drinks Company events: enjoy summer parties, traditional Wiesn visits, and our annual Christmas celebration!
