Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage customer relations for existing key customers and new clients.
  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction, feedback and business opportunities and report to upper Management.
  • Prepare reports and keep customer records
  • Regularly customer visits
  • Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.
  • Create new sales by following the set global and local marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients.
  • Achieve set sales goals and quotas on a quarterly, semi-annually and annually basis.
  • Review, verify and discuss cost calculation with the Cost Estimating Group.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary to support the Sales Department and Management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED:

  • Science and engineering graduates with communication and sales skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
    Master of Science or related field required.
  • Work experience +2 years in sales (automotive).
  • Basics in Project Management Methods.
  • Experience in calculation, job costing and customer contact.
  • Must have computer Skills in MS Office & MS Project and basics in working with ERP-systems.

QUALIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Solid technical background with a basic background in stamping would be preferred.
  • Understanding of technical specifications, and the expertise to understand customer requirements with regards to product modifications.
  • Excellent communication skills. Written and Verbal
  • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills along with Organizational skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
