SALES MANAGER CENTRAL AMERICA - PROFESSIONAL HYGIENE

WHO YOU ARE

  • A person with at least 5 years of experience managing teams and commercial distributors.
  • Experience within B2B business, working closely with distributors and clients.
  • At least 5 years of experience within the commercial area.
  • We are looking for someone able to travel up to 50% of monthly time (Panama and Nicaragua).
  • Looking for someone with great negotiation skills and proactive energy to exceed results.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel.
  • Intermediate to advance English level is a nice to have.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The person in this role will be working within Professional Hygiene area in the company (TORK) and will be responsible for providing on-going support to high value clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and secure profitable business.
  • Develop, implement and monitor customer specific sales processes and account plans to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Determine the efficiency of the proposed strategy, its impact on the fulfillment of objectives, have the ability to adjust or renew it based on the needs of the market and the strengths of the brand, sales team and business partners.
  • Recommend products and services (value proposition) that fit well with clients business needs.
  • Drives contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers and pricing in line with overall product and pricing strategies.
  • Provide on-going support to high value clients through setting up and leading the key account team/managing internal resources according to the relevant KAA.
  • Responsible for the profitability of the business in the southern region of Central America and each of the countries that make it up, this composed of the adequate sales planning (SOP), execution of this in the market, management of commercial dynamics and impulses in the sale as required.
