Job Description 1. Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts (aggregators / major e-commerce clients), driving volume penetration and long-term partnership value. 2. Lead customer acquisition efforts, especially in cross-border e-commerce direct shipping and overseas warehouse fulfillment segments. 3. Design and implement end-to-end logistics solutions, particularly in last-mile delivery in France, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency. 4. Drive commercial and operational alignment across internal teams (operations, product, carrier network) to ensure high-quality service delivery. 5. Identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize customer performance through data-driven insights. 6. Contribute to solution standardization and productization, especially across multi-segment delivery offerings. 7. Maintain and improve customer onboarding processes and SOPs to enable efficient and scalable integrations. Job Requirement 1. 6+ years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain, with a strong focus on last-mile delivery or parcel distribution. 2. Proven experience managing key accounts or large clients, with demonstrated results in revenue or volume growth. 3. Solid understanding of cross-border e-commerce logistics, including direct shipping and/or overseas warehouse operations. 4. Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives end-to-end. 5. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. 6. Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory); French is a strong plus. 7. Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable operating with high ownership and ambiguity. 8. Being already in France or willing to relocate.
