KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – CAPITAL EQUIPMENT

Remote - Central U.S. Territory (Preferred: Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, TX)
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Full Benefits | 100% U.S. Manufacturing
We’re hiring a Key Account Manager to lead sales efforts across a Central U.S. territory, selling capital equipment solutions to the aerospace, electronics, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role with a mix of strategic account management and new business development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with UV, LED, arc lamp, or related lighting technologies
  • Experience selling capital equipment to OEMs or highly technical customers
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, Challenger, or similar frameworks
  • Technical degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field—or equivalent industry experience
