The Account Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for generating revenue and market share for LBS products and services from customers in the Saudi market. Actively manage LBS Accounts in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and the acquisition of new accounts to maximize sales potential across the targeted portfolio. Pro-actively research and identify potential new customers in line with strategic directives in order to generate sales and to expand the Leica Biosystems customer base.
This position is part of the Commercial team located in Saudi and will be fully onsite at Riyadh. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Relevant and demonstrable sales/account management experience with a clinical and/or life science environment
  • Proven record of successful selling and exceeding targets
  • Ability to drive business success through managing customer needs, demonstrating consistent and impressive drive to bring change in support of growth over a period of time.
  • Strong communication skills – sound business acumen
  • Build constructive and effective relationships both inside and outside the organization
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own and meet the revenue targets in designated sales territory and accounts
  • Promote the full LBS product and services portfolio through customer visit, relationship building and working as a team
  • Develop account-based sales plans and strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and broader team to grow Sales the sales funnel within the territory, based on a deep understanding of customer short and long term needs.
  • Pro-actively research and identify potential new customers in line with strategic directives in order to generate sales and to expand the Leica Biosystems customer base.”
  • Proactively manage existing sales funnel through to a successful close
  • Own tender projects within the defined territory
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts for orders and sales
