Job Purpose To maintain ongoing client relationships with our top clients. Facilitate meetings to discuss support issues and development requests. Introduce new features and products to our clients to drive organic business growth on the NIMBIS platform. Responsibilities Account and Relationships Management Manage ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes. Ensure that regular meetings are set with clients to provide information on new system features as well as to maintain relationships. Ensure effective client service delivery and satisfaction is achieved through investigation, feedback and resolution. Business Development Obtain market intelligence, promote the organisation, and enhance its reputation. Enhance and update on the current and new business offerings. Driving organic growth. Operational Compliance Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organisation's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. Solutions and Needs Analysis Analyse specific problems and issues to find the best solutions. Solutions could be technical or professional in nature. Analyse current performance inhibitors and finding solutions to ensure business continuity. Identifying training gaps and addressing accordingly. Customer Service Ensure the client receives the necessary support. Play a key role in resolving and implementing any operational requirements from clients. Personal Capability Building Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. Project Management Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.
