Job Description 💼 Your Role: Key Account Manager – Clinical Research As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for a select group of strategic clients. You’ll drive growth, build long-term relationships, and act as the vital link between our clients and SGS’s global Clinical Research Organization. What You’ll Do: Be the go-to contact for key clients, building trust and delivering value. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and uncover new opportunities. Lead regular business reviews to align on goals, address challenges, and propose tailored solutions. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional client experience. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client potential. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to proactively guide your strategy. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing in partnership with our business development team. Provide timely, solution-oriented support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Align internal stakeholders with account strategies to unlock new business opportunities. Qualifications 🎓 What You Bring: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in Key Account Management, sales, or client relationship roles—ideally within a CRO or Clinical Research setting. Strong understanding of the drug development process. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. A strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for client success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
