Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage operational staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, compensation recommendations, and ongoing performance management to build a high-performing team at the operator/administrator level. Oversee the processing and review of account management documentation, data entry, and related operational records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Provide detailed analysis, interpretation, and professional guidance regarding account management policies, programs, and practices to clients and internal stakeholders. Lead the implementation and management of standard and large-scale operational initiatives, coordinating resources and responses to address client and management inquiries effectively. Analyze account operation trends, interpret data findings, and present actionable recommendations to management and clients to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. Maintain integrity and accuracy of operational databases and account information through regular audits and reconciliations, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies. Assist in developing and managing project objectives, including budget oversight, timeline management, material procurement, and personnel allocation within defined scopes. Ensure compliance with applicable departmental policies, laws, regulations, and procedural guidelines, seeking guidance as necessary to uphold governance standards. Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to operational challenges. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related functional area. Intermediate proficiency in business communication in English, capable of conducting business discussions effectively. Professional experience in account management: less than two years for junior roles; two to five years for intermediate roles; and at least five years with specialized or technical program experience for senior roles. Strong knowledge of account management principles, organizational policies, and compliance requirements applicable to logistics and transportation operations. Demonstrated supervisory skills including staff assessment and recommendations, with a focus on team development and performance enhancement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and competency in operating both individually and collaboratively within team environments. Excellent analytical skills to review operational data, extract insights, and support evidence-based decision-making.
