We work with Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers to create exciting menus that are good for diners, and good for the planet. Our brands include Knorr Professional & Best Foods— trusted and used by chefs and F&B operators every day. Main Responsibilities • Lead team with passionate to ensure deliver the team target in Chain CPU and travel account • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the key accounts. • Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, and new customers to capture growth opportunity in CPU&Travel • Be able to work with customer and customer partner as triangle way of working to ensure project delivery in timely • Collaborate with internal and technical teams (Chef, Marketing, CD, R&D and QA) to develop and implement customized product offerings and promotional activities. • Provide input on product development and analyze customer data and sales trends to identify opportunities and challenges • Coordinate and facilitate communication between key accounts, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders Candidate Criteria Experience & Qualification • 3-5 years of experience in key account management • Experience in FMCG business; Experience in Food & Beverage related categories are preferred • Experience in RTE, food ingredients, in food factory business: Frozen meal, sauces, canning , marinated, snack • Leadership skill • Strategic thinking and Holistic thinking • Team management and people management • Strong understanding of the foodservice market and customer needs. • Strong project management Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
