Your Role & Team
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and long-term value within CreditorWatch’s Key Accounts segment ($250M+). This role owns the commercial relationship with assigned customers, focusing on retention, expansion and cross-sell / upsell opportunities across complex, multi-stakeholder organisations.
Operating as a senior, quota‑carrying sales role, the Key Account Manager balances customer success with proactive commercial growth. The role works closely with Business Development Managers during client handover stages and then assumes ownership of the ongoing commercial relationship, identifying new opportunities to expand CreditorWatch’s footprint across divisions, subsidiaries and use cases.
The Key Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, ensuring CreditorWatch is embedded as a strategic partner. The role collaborates closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Legal and Customer Success teams to deliver value‑led outcomes while maintaining disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and commercial governance.
This is full-time opportunity reporting to the Head of Key Accounts (South) and offers hybrid working conditions out of our Melbourne CBD Office.
