Responsibilities
  • Project & Stakeholder Management- Support internal processes, manage stakeholder relationships, analyze sales data, and handle customer claims and inventory updates.
  • Collaboration Meetings- Prepare and present relevant materials and data for internal and external collaboration meetings.
  • Key Account Management (Costco) -Serve as the main contact for Costco, driving strategic planning and long-term business growth.
  • E-Commerce & Digital Shelf- Manage and optimize the digital shelf, search performance, online media campaigns, and e-commerce analytics for the Dairy business across key retailers, ensuring accurate SKU data, effective spend, and regular performance reporting to the APAC region.
  • Communication & Tools- Maintain strong communication with grocery and digital partners; utilize tools like Excel, Nielsen, Quantium, and CommerceIQ for data analysis and reporting.
