These will be named accounts, whereby this role will have a limited number of accounts, rather than a broad territory or segment. There may be additional accounts added to this as required." "A. B. Proactively manages current and future business with the named accounts C. Assumes all account management and business development duties for each named account. This includes but is not limited to: a. Proactive meetings for current and future business b. Addresses any short- and long-term concerns and issues d. Takes the commercial and relationship lead in responding to RFP, RFT's and RFI's e. Participates in formal and informal meetings f. Hunts for new business within these named accounts D. Assists all countries in the APAC Region to resolve issues, help drive business and be the gateway into local hyperscale customer teams E. Assumes role as the point of escalation for colocation customers where required G. Organises and participates in QBR's (Quarterly Business Reviews) with each hyperscale customer H. Works closely with applications engineering, bid management and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. I. a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS Tertiary Degree in a technical or business field, and/or 7 years of equivalent experience in an equivalent role. Minimum 3 years managing regional or global accounts A. B. D. Ability to adapt to change and be flexible F. Ability to keep calm under pressure during conflict and deadlines G. Excellent communication skills, able to engage at all levels H. Leadership and executive presence when dealing with C-level I. Highly organised, with a demonstratable sales and cadence process J.
