Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER:

You’ll be the go-to person for our key clients—building trusted relationships, delivering tailored logistics solutions, and driving account growth through exceptional service and strategic insight.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients across various industries
  • Understand and anticipate client needs, offering smart, tailored transport solutions
  • Act as the lead contact—responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on projects with precision and efficiency
  • Identify growth opportunities and help expand services within existing accounts

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Previous experience as a Key Account Manager (or similar client-facing role) in transport/logistics
  • In-depth knowledge of transportation and logistics processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse trends and build account plans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with transport planning/management software
