REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and develop effective account plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with transport planning/management software/systems.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key clients in the transportation sector.
• Understand clients’ specific transportation needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute transportation projects, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on project statuses.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand our services and revenue streams.
