As an experienced B2B sales professional, you combine a strong technical background with outstanding relationship-building skills, allowing you to effectively navigate complex solution sales in the industrial automation sector. Your ability to engage with customers at all levels and develop customized Design to Order (DTO) solutions will be key to your success.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A technical background in automation, electronics, computer science, industrial engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial automation, IoT solutions, or customized computing solutions.
  • A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, enabling you to communicate the value of tailored solutions effectively.
  • Business acumen to plan and execute long-term sales strategies that drive revenue and market growth.
  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus) to ensure seamless communication in an international business environment.
  • A location near major industrial hubs to facilitate customer engagement and business development.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture C-level and technical relationships with key automation vendors, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and positioning our DTOS solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by working closely with industrial clients who require customized computing, automation, and IoT solutions.
  • Manage a dynamic sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with long-term DTOS business strategy and revenue growth targets.
  • Drive sales initiatives by tailoring solutions that address the unique needs of industrial automation vendors, helping them bring innovative products to market.
  • Actively participate in trade fairs, industry events, and technical conferences to represent our DTOS capabilities and stay ahead of market trends.
