Key Account Manager - Discounter & E-Commerce Istanbul, Turkiye About the Role! As the Key Account Manager, you will play an important role in unlocking the Plant Power with the Turkiye customers and consumers. Together with a KAM Team, led by Modern Trade Lead, you will leverage the full capability of the local and global Flora Food Group organization to accelerate sustainable relationships with our customers. With customers, you will represent the source for providing healthy, plant-based options for the dinner tables of our consumers. So what does it take to be successful in this role? Sales Operations Management: Oversee all sales operations for Discounter and E-Commerce customers, ensuring the achievement or surpassing of key sales targets including Net Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spend, and Net Working Capital. Strategic Customer Relationship Management: Lead negotiations with key customers in alignment with Flora Food Group's commercial strategy and trading terms, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to drive mutual success. Category Strategy Development: Collaborate with brand and trade marketing teams to develop and implement customer category strategies, striving to achieve best-in-class account 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price, Promotion) for optimal market positioning. Agreement Negotiation and Execution: Secure trading and distribution agreements in line with the profile of nominated major accounts, ensuring favorable terms related to shelf share, product visibility, distribution penetration, pricing, and promotional activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-category teams encompassing marketing, category management, supply chain, and finance to drive business performance, ensuring alignment of strategies and effective execution of plans. About you! Qualifications: BSc/BA in Business Administration or in a relevant field. Min 2-3 years of experience in Sales Department in an FMCG company. Knowledge of modern trade (Discounter/NA/E-Commerce) is plus. Knowledge of e-commerce. Ability to work both independently and as a team member. Entrepreneurial mindset, a customer focused attitude Great communication and presentation skills Good understanding of business financials and analytical skills. Strong organizational skills.
