QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understanding and ability to drive a market Sales Strategy across the different channels, Wholesale, DTC, E.com
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve issues
  • Strong understanding of Direct Marketing fundamentals, Channel, Visual, Brand and Sports Marketing, and response-driven creative development
  • Self-starter with a humble and hungry mindset, engaged and able to work in a challenging fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments concurrently and deliver on commitments
  • Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Through knowledge of the competitive landscape and ability to translate findings to positively impact business
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Sales experience or equivalent role managing multiple competing tasks and demands in a fast-paced consumer-driven environment
  • Including at least 3-5 years’ experience in Distributor’s Management
  • Proven Key Account Management skills and strong negotiation skills
  • Market skills and experience across EMEA markets
  • English fluent written and spoken mandatory

Responsibilities

This role is intended as an approximately 7-month coverage, with the possibility of extension.
The Key Account Manager Distributors will manage and drive the Sales, Wholesale, Retail and Ecom, for Under Armour in the assigned EMEA region managing ~2-3 Exclusive Distribution partners.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for Sales / Commercial activities in close alignment and partnership with the Distributor’s attributed region with cross functional teams and makes sure Under Armour’s global strategies are translated to local needs.
This position acts as primary point of contact for the assigned distribution partners and ensuring that the right brand execution is in line with brand strategy on the field.
This position supports the full GTM by supporting the Planning, Merchandising, the Visual Merchandising, the Marketing and the Sports Marketing EMEA strategy.
