Mid-level position Our OEM team is growing and we are looking for a professional with experience in sales in the Automotive OEM market. This professional will act as a Key Account Manager, developing business with vehicle and heavy equipment manufacturers in Brazil, prospecting for new clients and sustainable development of the current client portfolio, complying with local business premises and the global company strategy. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the customer’s account business management (P&L) as well as annual targets and continuous growth. Commercial proposals preparation with price evaluation, cost, margin and volumes aligned with customer and market premises. Prepare quarter and annual sales forecast. Act together with technical team to provide new technology or product solutions to the customers. Participate on global meetings showing region priorities and prioritizing Brazil as region. Relationship management to support account and business management. Evaluating market tendencies, competitors, law and regulations, FX and cost changes that may affect business and creating preventive and contention actions. Using Donaldson global tools like Opportunities evaluation, Sales Pipeline, CRM, APD, etc. Closer contact with other internal areas like Engineering, Logistic, Production, Financial, Purchasing, HR, etc. Travel: 20% of the time. Must have Qualifications: Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree on Engineering. 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive market. Advanced Office Knowledge (mainly Excel and PowerPoint). Experience in market, economic and political scenario analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
