Description

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE (MUST-HAVE):

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Solid experience in account management within a financial institution or software solutions vendor.
  • Strong business knowledge of eFX solutions is essential.
  • Hands-on experience working with e-trading platforms, FX, or financial markets software (bank or vendor side).
  • Proven success in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of the competitive landscape and key market trends.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal ability.
  • Proficiency in English; the ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen and solid mathematical skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in financial markets.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations with diplomacy and political sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, or Customer Success.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
  • Detail-oriented, with perseverance to drive complex problems to resolution.
  • High energy, proactive, and a strong team player.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent service and support to all assigned client accounts.
  • Drive system adoption, engagement, and transaction volumes across accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and strong long-term relationships.
  • Achieve a target of subscription renewals within your portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in the Integral system and its application to client needs.
  • Travel regularly to Malaysia and Indonesia to meet clients and support business growth.
