JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek a result-driven Key Account Manager who wants to join our growth journey. You are passionate about business growth. Our ideal Key Account Manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the B2B sales process, excelling at Scaling existing businesses, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a business developer with strong negotiating skills and someone with a track record of success who can inspire others.
We are growing, and today, we have customers in EMEA and the US; therefore, traveling will happen.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expert on creating Business values and Value propositions for the customer
  • Proven track record of Scaling businesses with Customer satisfaction - from plan to close
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 10+ years in B2B sales, preferably within AI, Automotive or other Edge AI sectors
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience with International conferences and confidence with Speaker roles
  • Fluent English, oral and written, is a requirement for this role.
  • Ability to travel at least 20-40% of the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with complex software or hardware sales to be integrated within an OEM
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Experiences within Power Base Selling
  • Team sport experience

Responsibilities

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

  • Achieve company sales objectives through effective account planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
  • Representing our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings within AI
  • Analyze customer needs and identify how our solutions meet them

DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends the global reach
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business KPI´s
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Based in Gothenburg or Stockholm
