We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the elevator market across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the elevator industry, managing key accounts, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
AddSecure is a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-ends solutions. We help customers optimize their operations, drive business value, and secure vital functions. Our business unit Smart Alarms offers secure solutions for monitored alarm transmission as well as reliable crisis communication solutions that help organizations and rescue teams to prevent and respond to an emergency.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator market (e.g., working with elevator manufacturers, service providers, or suppliers).
  • Strong understanding of elevator technology, regulatory requirements, and customer challenges within the industry.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record in key account management or business development roles.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with IoT, connectivity, or secure communication solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the EMEA region.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the elevator industry, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Business development: Identify and target new opportunities within the elevator market, focusing on strategic partnerships and key customer acquisitions.
  • Market expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the elevator industry to position AddSecure as a trusted partner for connectivity and IoT solutions.
  • Solution selling: Understand customer needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with their operational and business goals.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, Product Management, Technical Support) to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Performance metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth within the elevator market.
