Strong account management capabilities, including experience managing key accounts and building long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, evaluate project and account performance, and support informed business decisions.
Business planning and commercial acumen, including experience in developing account plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.
Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Experience in EPC or related industries (oil and gas, water, mining, renewable energy, infrastructure) and familiarity with project lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to present solutions, manage expectations, and handle complex stakeholder environments.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
