An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage strategic customer relationships across Northern Germany. Working closely with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for expanding market share, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the adoption of innovative technologies.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and exceed territory sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key hospital and clinical stakeholders.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Support product evaluations and implementation projects.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management through CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and customer support teams to maximise customer success.
  • Represent the company at congresses, workshops, and industry events.


  • RequirementsProven experience in medical device sales and account management.
  • Current or previous experience within urology, endourology, endoscopy, minimally invasive surgery, or a closely related specialty.
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling into hospital and/or outpatient healthcare environments.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes and multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based role.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern Germany.
